Returns & Refunds

At Blackfrost Forge, every item is handcrafted with care. Please review our return policy before making a purchase.

Stone Knives

Due to the handmade and collectible nature of our flintknapped stone knives, all stone knife sales are final. We do not accept returns or offer refunds on stone knives.

Eligible Hand-Forged Items

We accept returns of eligible hand-forged items within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return:

• The item must be unused and in its original condition.
• The customer must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item.
• The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs.

Once the returned item has been received and inspected, a refund will be issued for the purchase price of the item only. Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the returned item has been received and approved.

Non-Returnable Hand-Forged Items

For hygiene and food-contact reasons, the following items are not eligible for return or refund:

• Kitchenware 
• Grilling tools and grilling tool sets
  

All sales of these items are final.

Damaged or Incorrect Orders

If your order arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, please contact us as soon as possible with photos of the issue so we can work with you to resolve it.
